Southwest Submission Open is proud to present a Submission Grappling tournament for Kids, Teens and Adults. There will be Novice (0-6 months), Beginner (6 months to 1 year) and Advanced (1 year +) divisions.

T-Shirts will be given out for free for the first 50 competitors to register for the Submission Grappling divisions.

There will also be a takedown only tournament for high schoolers and adults with prizes for fastest takedown and most impressive wrestler.

There will also be a professional 4 man tournament featuring world champion BJJ players and WEC and UFC veterans.

Multiple raffles will be going on throughout the day with cash prizes and prize packages.

             Weigh ins will be from 6pm-8pm September 11th at Southwest MMA located at

             1861 E Baseline Rd, Tempe AZ 85283. Participants will also be able 

             to register at that time.

             

             Weigh ins will also be held the day of the event from 8am-9:30 am on September 12th.

All Pre Registration must be done by 9/11/2009. Register online or send check or money order along with registration for to 1861 E Baseline rd. Tempe, AZ 85283. You may also register Friday, 9/11/2009 at the weigh ins between 6pm-8pm.

Kids and Teen Submission Grappling: $30.00 pre registration $40.00 at the door.
Adult Submission Grappling: $40.00 pre registration $50.00 at the door.
Adult Takedown Tournament: $20.00 pre registration and $25.00 at the door.
High School Takedown Tournament: $15.00 pre registration and $20.00 at the door.
